The Solis 125–255kW three-phase utility-scale 1500 Vdc PV string inverters are engineered for maximum efficiency and scalability. The 125K model comes with 9 MPPTs, while the 185K and 255K models feature 12 independent MPPTs, ensuring precise energy harvesting across diverse conditions.
Equipped with high-rated DC inputs supporting “Y” type connections and up to 30A per input, these inverters accommodate bifacial module integration with maximum string input current of 15A. The built-in anti-PID function enhances overall system efficiency, while advanced intelligent string-level monitoring delivers high-accuracy fault detection and significantly reduces troubleshooting time.
